Solar pump inverters - Variable frequency drive (VFD)

Solar-powered water supply for rural and remote areas
Our full range of solar pumping inverters are converting the DC power from the solar panel to 3 phases AC power supply for pump operation.
Independent of any power supply (off-grid), our solar drives works entirely self-sufficiently and cleanly on renewable energy. No exhaust gases due to the combustion of diesel or other fossil fuels, subsequently no air pollution. Resources remain protected. Instead of this, due to self-supply, costs are significantly reduced and controlled. The system works quietly and automatically, reliably and with a long service life. The solar-pumping-fed production of water is therefore frequently also used for agricultural irrigation.

The built-in maximum power point tracking (MPPPT°) functionality enables the pump to run at maximum power using available solar power. It is independent from the grid and produces no pollution or noise. For large systems, a combiner box (junction box) with all cables from the solar modules could be connected into one set of power input cables before connecting them to the solar drives. Dry-run protection, energy-saving mode and precise water-tank fill level detection are among the totally relevant and important functions.
Our solar pump drives can also be equipped to operate from the grid when there is not enough sunlight to run the pump. With the FRENIC ACE, solar power (DC) and AC power from generator could be connected at the same time.
Solar pumping systems are rapidly becoming more popular for uses in applications such as agricultural irrigation, forestry, fish farming, desert control, water supply for islands, wastewater treatment and municipal engineering. City parks, tourist sites, resorts, and even landscapes and fountains in residential areas can be run with solar power.
