All-in-one C&I BESS with integrated hybrid inverter

The SolisStorage EverCore ESS NV series (EverCore-100kWh-50kW-NV, EverCore-120kWh-60kW-NV and EverCore-261kWh-125kW-NV) brings together in a single outdoor cabinet the LFP lithium batteries, the three-phase 400 V hybrid inverter, the industrial air conditioning and the fire safety. The EVE LFP 314 Ah cells (8000 cycles at 70 % SOH) are organised in 20.1 kWh packs — 5, 6 or 13 packs depending on the model (configurations 1P100S, 1P120S and 1P260S, nominal voltages 320, 384 and 832 V) — for 100.5 to 261.2 kWh nominal (90.5 to 235.1 kWh usable, max cycle rate 0.5P, round-trip efficiency up to 89 %). A turnkey solution for installers, EPCs and engineering offices, distributed by SINES Export, Solis distributor.

Integrated S6-EH3P hybrid inverter, PV and < 10 ms transfer

Each cabinet houses a Solis hybrid inverter from the S6-EH3P family (S6-EH3P50K-H, S6-EH3P60K-H or S6-EH3P125K10-NV-YD-H) of 50, 60 or 125 kW (equivalent kVA), with 1.6× overload. Photovoltaic coupling is direct: up to 100 kW PV (4 MPPT, 8 strings, 150-850 V range) on the 50/60 kW models and 250 kW PV (10 MPPT, 20 strings, 150-950 V range, 1000 V max) on the 125 kW. The on-grid/off-grid transfer takes place in less than 10 ms (< 20 ms in parallel): peak shaving, C&I self-consumption, site backup, micro-grids and remote sites — including in island contexts. Parallel expansion reaches 1.25 MW / 15.66 MWh (beyond 6 inverters, the Solis distribution cabinet is recommended).

Multi-level fire safety & harsh environment

Protection is organised over 15 levels, from the cell to the pack and then to the system, with zero thermal transfer between the inverter and the cells: aerosol extinguishing, pressure-relief valve and firefighter water inlet as standard; gas detector, anti-explosion panel, ATEX extractor and alarm as options. The IP55 cabinet (IP66 inverter) with industrial air conditioning and per-pack air cooling operates from -25 to +55 °C up to 4000 m of altitude, with C4/C5 anti-corrosion suited to coastal and industrial environments (noise 70-75 dB at 1 m). Compliance with IEC 62619, IEC 61000-6-2/4, IEC 62040, IEC 63056, IEC 62477 and UN38.3.
