The CR 64 is a Grundfos vertical multistage centrifugal pump with an in-line design. Cast-iron pump head and base, AISI 304 stainless steel hydraulics, maintenance-free cartridge mechanical seal. Three-phase IE3 motor from 4 to 45 kW. 22 stage variants to cover every duty point. DN 100 flange connection.

The Grundfos CR range consists of vertical multistage in-line centrifugal pumps: suction and discharge ports are on the same level for a compact footprint. The CR 64 covers a flow rate up to 85 m³/h (nominal 64 m³/h) and a TDH up to 230 m, with a maximum efficiency of 80%.

Construction: cast-iron pump body and base, hydraulics (impellers, chambers, sleeve) in EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel. Balanced, maintenance-free HQQE cartridge mechanical seal. Liquid temperature -30 to +120 °C (up to +180 °C on request), maximum operating pressure 22 bar.

High-efficiency three-phase IE3 motor, 4 to 45 kW (Grundfos MG up to 22 kW, Siemens above). CRE versions with integrated MGE frequency converter available on request, for constant pressure and energy savings.

Applications: water boosting and distribution, industrial process water, washing plants, boiler feed, cooling and air conditioning, irrigation. DN 100 flange connection. 22 stage variants available (see table above) for precise matching to the duty point.
