Grundfos CR 255 pumps are vertical multistage centrifugal pumps with an in-line design. Cast iron pump head and base, AISI 304 stainless steel hydraulics, maintenance-free cartridge mechanical seal. Three-phase IE4 motor from 30 to 200 kW. 11 stage variants to cover every duty point. DN 200 flange connection.

The Grundfos CR range consists of vertical multistage centrifugal in-line pumps: suction and discharge ports at the same level for a compact footprint. The CR 255 covers a flow rate up to 300 m³/h (nominal 255 m³/h) and a TDH up to 285 m, with a maximum efficiency of 84%.

Construction: cast iron pump body and base, hydraulics (impellers, chambers, sleeve) in stainless steel EN 1.4301 (AISI 304). Balanced HQQE cartridge mechanical seal, maintenance-free. Liquid temperature -20 to +120 °C, operating pressure up to 40 bar depending on the model.

High-efficiency IE4 three-phase motor, from 30 to 200 kW (Grundfos MG up to 22 kW, Innomotics — formerly Siemens — above). Variable-speed control possible with an external Grundfos CUE frequency converter, for constant pressure and energy savings.

Applications: water boosting and distribution, industrial process water, washing plants, boiler feed, cooling and air conditioning, irrigation. DN 200 flange connection. 11 stage variants available (see table above) to match the duty point precisely.
