Three-phase string inverter from 12 to 25 kW
The SMA Sunny Tripower X is a three-phase string inverter available in four power classes, 12, 15, 20 and 25 kW, with 3 MPP trackers. Designed for commercial, industrial and large home PV systems, it accepts a high input current suited to the latest generation of high-performance PV modules. Its wide input voltage range and innovative enclosure design ensure efficient cooling and maximum lifetime.
Commissioning can be performed quickly, easily and centrally for all devices in the system. During operation, users benefit from integrated software: SMA ShadeFix increases PV yields even under partial shading, while SMA ArcFix detects electric arcs effectively and reliably reduces the risk of fire.
SMA ShadeFix & energy management
The SMA ShadeFix function optimises yield in the event of partial shading, while SMA Dynamic Power Control finely manages grid feed-in. The 3 MPP trackers allow flexible array configurations on roofs with multiple orientations.
SMA ArcFix safety & ennexOS monitoring
Safety relies on SMA ArcFix (electric-arc detection and fire prevention) and an optional DC surge arrester. System management is integrated: direct access to Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS, with Ethernet and WLAN connectivity for centralised production monitoring.
SMA Smart Connected & warranty
The SMA Smart Connected service provides proactive inverter monitoring with early replacement in the event of a fault, and the SMA 360° support simplifies operation. Manufacturer warranty of 5 years, extendable to 10, 15 or 20 years.
