The Huawei SUN2000-(12K-25K)-MB0, or "Smart Energy Controller", is a three-phase hybrid photovoltaic inverter, storage-ready. It converts the direct current from the panels into alternating current and can be paired with Huawei LUNA2000 batteries for self-consumption and backup power supply. Available in 12, 15, 17, 20 and 25 kW, it has 2 MPPT trackers (4 PV inputs) and 2 battery terminals.

  • Active safety: intelligent AFCI anti-arc protection, residual current monitoring (RCMU), type II DC and AC surge arresters.
  • Battery-ready: 2 battery terminals, compatible with LUNA2000-5/10/15-S0 and LUNA2000-7/14/21-S1 (up to 4 batteries per inverter).
  • Backup: automatic backup power supply in the event of a grid outage — an asset for unstable grids (Africa export).
  • High efficiency: up to 98.4 %; production gain possible up to 30 % with optimisers.
